Now with Electronic Semi-Active Damping, this Class-Exclusive available system automatically lowers the vehicle at highway speeds to achieve efficient aerodynamics. Plus, with Trailhawk® models, the driver can raise the vehicle when required for a maximum of 11.3 inches of ground clearance on rocky terrain or in deep snow.

New Sway Bar Disconnect

Advance your everyday driving. On the highway, the available Active Driving Assist helps keep you on the right path. By using radar and sensors, the vehicle can make subtle adjustments to help you remain a set distance from the vehicle directly ahead and help keep you in the center of your lane.

New Hands-Free Active Driving Assist

Experience a new way to drive your Jeep® Grand Cherokee. Available on approved highways, Hands-Free Active Driving Assist (Late Availability) enables miles of hands-free driving to make traveling easier than ever. Designed with safety and security top of mind, the system will encourage you with alerts to stay attentive and ready to take control.

Intersection Collision Assist

Be alert at every intersection. This available feature will give you audible and visual alerts when approaching an intersection to warn you of the potential danger from vehicles crossing ahead.

Night Vision

The available Night Vision uses high-tech sensors in the front of the vehicle to detect pedestrians and animals during nighttime driving. An image is displayed on the instrument cluster, warning you of what’s ahead.

Surround View Camera

Get a full view. This available feature combines several camera views from around your vehicle to give you an aerial 360º view of your surroundings, helping to make sure you do not encounter anything unexpected.

Drowsy Driver Detection

Standard on Summit, Drowsy Driver Detection tracks vehicle movement and driver interaction to spot patterns of drowsiness. If detected, the system can send the driver an audio and visual signal to take precautions.

Full-Color Head-Up Display

The newly available 10-inch Full-Color Head-Up Display works with the innovative Uconnect® system to display the most essential driver information on the windshield, allowing you to keep your eyes forward and on the road.

Traffic Sign Recognition

Traffic Sign Recognition, which comes standard on Summit models, uses the forward-facing camera on your Grand Cherokee to identify speed limits and common traffic signs, such as school zones or crosswalks.

For the everyday journey, charging your 4xe is simple. An included Level I charging cable fully charges the battery in 12 hours while an available, simple-to-use and easy to get Level II Jeep® Branded Charger can fully charge your Grand Cherokee 4xe battery in approximately 2 hours.
