For 6 months I had been trying to find a Jeep Dealership that would assist me in ordering a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL with a few of the options offered by Jeep. The 3 largest dealerships in Southern California all had the same answer. It seems that these 3 dealerships said that some of the options I wanted could not be together on the same jeep. Dealer needs to refine and improve the procedures that would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time. Improving the process would move the customer thru the system of buying a vehicle much quicker. JB did an outstanding job even with the roadblocks that exist under the current system..couldn’t ask for a better sales agents than JB and Deondre!!
To be honest, I’ve only had my new vehicle for one day. The sales lady that took care of me is named Bonnie. She went above and beyond to help me. She knew my situation and I was unable to pick up my new vehicle. She emailed me everything to sign and personally delivered my car to me. Late in the evening of March 24 I saw a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X Recon online. I had some questions and sent them an email. Susan reached out the next morning before sales hours and said she would get someone to help me as soon as they opened. Wade emailed me shortly after. Mr. Stoltz sold me my first real car in late November 2024. Lincoln graciously guided me through the process. We tested two cars; a Subaru Crosstrek and a Subaru Impreza. Ultimately, the Impreza was the winner, due to its lifetime powertrain warranty. He aided me with the insurance situation as well. Now it is March 2025 and I still love my whip. Lincoln will help you get the car you need in a low pressure manner.
Wasted half a day because of low ball offers on my trade in due to appraiser saying my vehicle had issues that it did not have. And when I say low ball offer I mean $10k below rough trade in. Hard telling how many other people they have taken advantage of using the same tactics. The vehicle I was purchasing was in good shape and priced right so I bought it out right instead.

We drove to Dan Cummins of Paris because a couple friends had recently purchased vehicles from there, and more specifically from Stephen. Upon entering the building, we checked in and asked for him, the young Lady said he was gassing up a car and would be available shortly. Very large, very organized, very attentive, very friendly. From my first online inquiry, they were very responsive. My sales person and everyone I worked with was very pleasant and professional. The one downside I would say is that because this is a large dealership, there was no flexibility on the price and no room for negotiation. Once tax and the standard $699 processing fee was added, I was well upside down on the vehicle. It was a used vehicle, and apparently the dealership did do some more extensive maintenance on it…but I did not walk away feeling like I got ...

The transparency the dealership provided was comprehensive; from inspection notes to a full car fax report all at no cost. Sent me off the lot with my vehicle, temp tag on front, old plate with expired tabs on back. Got pulled over.. Bolts to license plate were torqued down and damaged. They decided to let me leave instead of fix it. ( they fixed it later) after driving down from Louisville… again to fix the following issue that was not even fixed but made worse after two weeks of them having my car. Keep in mind, I was in a major car accident and on crutches and was barely mobile when I first bought the car. I also live in Louisville. ...

I contacted this dealership for an online purchase of a Ram 2500 that I saw on Car Guru. They ran my credit for financing, I was approved and said they would send the paperwork to finalize the deal. They called me back a few hours saying the truck had been sold, but they had other trucks in the similar price range( they did not). Total waste of time I believe they never intended to sale that truck to me and tried to bait and switch me!! Stay clear of this dealership!!

Everything went good other than being a little lengthy from entering the door until leaving it was a 5 hour process and i didn’t like that I wasn’t informed before I bought the car that it only had 1 key but other than that the staff was really good with helping and finding the car what we wanted. I will be back again maybe sooner than later because the transmission is slipping in the jeep I bought.

Sold them a car they only gave me 750.00 for it in order to get that they made us go pay for the oil change I know you have to make money but to buy it for 750.00 then sell for 2900.00 it's ridiculous I will never do business with them again!! Do not recommend Dan Cummins

However, to my dismay, they sold the car to someone else who offered more money, despite my deposit and prior commitment.
