The oil change was great. They fixed my tire pressure sensor. I was under the impression I'd get a car wash too. However, if it was because the incoming winter storm I understand. Wouldn't want things freezing. Thank you.

Reflectors in both head lights and floor liner peg replaced due to manufactor defect. I had to bring it in twice, even though the defect was noted when I picked up the vehicle. The first time it took four and a half hours for the service department to confirm there was a defect and parts would have to be ordered. The defect was noted when I picked up the new vehicle, two weeks before the first service appointment. The second appointment was much better but still took in excess of four hours.
