I was having worst day of my life, the day I visited this dealership. Trying to buy a car.I called inquired about car I had seen online, Debbie B. Briefly put on hold found out was still available she said she would hold keys unless someone asked for them in which she would let me know if it sold before I got there. I was driving 80 plus miles from Louisville. While enroute there keys were passed to Ben Berry, in which texted me while I was still enroute to let me know Debbie had given him my information. Which I had no issue with.I walked into dealership and was greeted by several employees as I asked for Ben Berry. Like I had waved a wand, they located him and the bad day began to brighten.Went straight out looked at my vehicle, then back to vehicle I wanted to see. Asked to see my drivers license and then handed me the keys. Caught me a bit off guard, though I enjoyed the friendliness. As I was not familiar with the area he became my human gps. And did a fabulous job at that. As we arrived back after test drive and walked back in Ben said could help self to drinks and snacks and showed where they were located. As he waived me back over to sit down with him, I asked if there were any other vehicles in my direct budget, there was only 1 other and was definitely not right color for me. So we began paperwork, had to make a deal as initial price was just barely above my 12k cash budget. He made that happen after going back to the counter. He saw I was nearly in tears when he came back to table, he was like no worries we got it down for you to your exact budget plus .26 cents after scrambling through my pockets realize I did not have .26 cents, he offered to cover that himself. So thankful that I had Ben Berry to work with, and he did everything in his power to get me in that newer vehicle and on my way.As I was about to go out the door I stopped at receptionist desk as my cell phone had died while out and about that day. To make call to my insurance company State Farm, to be sure I was covered as I drove off lot.Customer service is phenomenal, all employees go out of their way to help you even if they are not directly working with you. Always a friendly smile or can I help you with something. I have began telling everyone I know looking for vehicles about this experience I had. And highly recommending they visit your website and dealership in person. Your leagues ahead of 8 other dealerships I visited, keep up the great work!
Good prices, great service
We had a wonderful experience at Dan Cummins. Tyler Abshear and Jimmy Rivard made our trade process very easy and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our growing family. We drove from Knoxville, TN and it was worth the six hour trip, even with our 6 month old. We were amazed with vast amount of inventory to select from.
Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Thank you Sam Cox,Luis Hernandez , and Jorge Hernandez for keeping my family's best interest in mind while trying to find us the payment we needed and spending so much time with us...
